The two ‘shock’ police stories involving alleged teen offenders over the weekend

A learner driver has been nabbed going at 200km/h, while two teenagers have also been arrested for ramming a police vehicle on a busy weekend for authorities.
Police say there were shocked when following an unaccompanied L-plater going at high speed in Cranbourne North early Sunday morning.
