The two ‘shock’ police stories involving alleged teen offenders over the weekend

A learner driver has been nabbed going at 200km/h, while two teenagers have also been arrested for ramming a police vehicle on a busy weekend for authorities.

Police say there were shocked when following an unaccompanied L-plater going at high speed in Cranbourne North early Sunday morning.

And in a separate incident, a 14-year-old and 17-year-old were arrested after ramming a police car in Mooroolbark early on Monday.
