Iconic Collingwood music venue, The Tote, is on the cusp of being saved.

The owners of North Melbourne’s Last Chance Rock & Roll Bar have submitted an offer for the venue.

Last Chance Rock & Roll Bar co-owner Shane Hilton said his confidence levels about the bid to buy The Tote are “quite high”.
