New NAB lending data released this week reveals the hotspot suburbs attracting the most attention from first home buyers.
In the two months to the end of June, Dandenong, Richmond, Endeavour Hills, Clyde North and Frankston were the suburbs which attracted the greatest demand from first home buyers.
“Flexible working has just opened up a whole lot of options to first home buyers that really haven’t been there before,” NAB home ownership executive Andy Kerr told Ross and Russel.
Meanwhile, in regional Victoria, Belmont and Sunbury are the suburbs where demand from first home buyers is strongest.
