A Sunday chat with a “very senior” person at a Melbourne-based AFL club left Jon Anderson wondering whether they’re ready to take the league by storm.

The person Ando spoke with couldn’t have been more confident the club would be winning the premiership this year.

“He was so confident,” Ando said.
