Strength training exercises such as wall squats and planks are among the best ways to lower blood pressure, according to a new study by UK researchers.
Author and Reader in Cardiovascular Physiology at Canterbury Christ Church University, Dr Jamie O’Driscoll, spoke on how long people have to wall squat or plank in order for blood pressure to be lowered, with Ross and Russel even giving them a go!
