Clerical workers at the Fair Work Commission could be given the legal right to ask to work from home, a move which has been slammed by Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry CEO Paul Guerra.

The commission is reportedly looking at doing a test case starting on September 13, and Guerra thinks “every business owner is going to shudder at the thought” of the change being finalised.

“If this change goes through, it will fundamentally unravel the business fabric as we know it,” Guerra told Ross and Russ.
