The selection call Essendon got wrong against Geelong according to Matthew Lloyd

Matthew Lloyd says Essendon made a key selection error in their loss to Geelong.

The Bombers were belted by Geelong on Saturday night, continuing their recent poor form against Chris Scott’s side.

Lloyd told Wide World of Sports the Bombers went in too tall during the rain-affected game.

“I thought they shouldn’t have brought back (Todd) Goldstein,” the Essendon great said on 3AW.
