An Easter photo posted by US actress Liz Hurley and country music star Billy Ray Cyrus has sent the pop culture world crazy.

Entertainment reporter Pete Ford said on 3AW Breakfast that their budding romance was “kind of random”.

“This is one that has come completely out of the blue,” he said on 3AW.

“They’ve already decided to go Instagram official.”
