An international study of almost 290,000 people has found the key to happiness could be as simple as a good night’s sleep.
Author from the University of Cambridge Department of Psychiatry, Professor Barbara Sahakian, told Ross and Russel “it’s really important to get the right amount of sleep and have a good quality sleep”.
