The questions Tom Elliott has as the Metro Tunnel faces more cost blow-outs

The cost of the Metro Tunnel has blown out further to more than $15.5 billion, after the project was originally approved with a budget of $11 billion.

The Herald Sun is reporting the cost is set to rise even higher due to cost disputes and legal claims.

“We have to finish building this thing,” Tom Elliott said.
