The ‘pretty clear’ area where Carlton has to improve in according to Nic Newman

Nic Newman says it’s pretty clear where Carlton has to improve if they are to recapture their form from earlier in the season.

The Blues remain in second spot on the ladder, but have now dropped consecutive games as the business end of the home and away season approaches.

“For us it’s pretty clear (on where we have to improve),” he said on Wide World of Sports.

“We just haven’t defended well enough for long enough.”
