The plans for an iconic Melbourne intersection revealed

New development plans for an iconic street in Melbourne have been released after winning council approval.

Managing director of development at Lendlease, Tom Mackellar, hopes that the new plans will revitalise the intersection of Flinders Street and Swanston Street once the new Town Hall station is built.

“It will bring fantastic new restaurants, bars and really reconnect the laneways of Melbourne in that iconic piece of Melbourne and really stitch it back to life after being a construction zone for so long,” Mr Mackellar told 3AW Breakfast.
