The new policy from Peter Dutton which Tom Elliott thinks is ‘election winning’

Tom Elliott has weighed in on a new policy from federal opposition leader Peter Dutton, which the 3AW Mornings host thinks is “election winning”.
It comes after Elliott applauded Dutton’s intentions to only stand in front of the Australian flag if elected Prime Minister, claiming it to be a “masterstroke in Australian politics”.
“It’s hard to argue with this,” the 3AW Mornings host said.

“I think it’s an absolute vote winner, I really do,” he said.
Shadow Minister for Housing and Homelessness, Michael Sukkar, then explained the federal Coalition’s foreign investor policy.
“It’s been a glaring gap in our system for a while,” Mr Sukkar told Tom Elliott.

“We’re quite shocked that the Labor Party is opposing, just as early as today they recommitted their opposition to our policy, it seems bizarre,” he said.
