A new Visitor Paid Parking Pilot has been launched by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, impacting Flinders Pier in Flinders, Schnapper Point in Mornington and Sunnyside Beach in Mount Eliza.

The pilot launched on December 1, and Flinders local Harry believes the pilot is “just not well thought out” and wonders why Flinders Pier has been lumped with Sunnyside Beach.

Tony Jones also believes the price per hour for parking is “pretty steep”.
