The main thing Sam Docherty learnt from Carlton’s season

Sam Docherty has reflected on what has been a “massive learning year” for Carlton as they bowed out in the preliminary final to Brisbane up at the Gabba.

Docherty said it’s a pretty “hollow feeling” in the change rooms after the loss, but couldn’t be prouder of the group.

“I feel like we’re in a good spot as a footy club at the moment,” Docherty told 3AW.
