‘This video proves the cultural problem around gun control’

It’s been revealed the man who killed 59 people and injured 557 in Las Vegas used a legal device to transform his rifles into virtual automatic weapons.

The below video shows one of the bump stock machines in action.

While the vision plays, a narrator talks about gun ownership as “every man’s birthright”, and links it closely to the foundations of the US constitution.

The video left Neil Mitchell shocked.

“This proves the cultural problem around gun control in the United States,” Neil said.

“It’s jingoistic nonsense.

“That is a culture we will never understand.

“It is a culture that will never properly address gun control.

“And it’s a culture that will keep suffering the agony of these mass shootings.

“It is frightening stuff.”
