The incredible message in a bottle which washed up on Victorian shore all the way from Brazil!

A message in a bottle has been discovered washed up in the Victorian seaside town of Peterborough, 16 years after being thrown into the ocean between Rio and Salvador in Brazil!

Retired lawyer from Maryland in the United States, Joe Johnson, was the one who wrote the message and threw the bottle in the ocean, and 3AW Drive host Jacqui Felgate said she’s been obsessed with the story, as it was discovered in her hometown!

“This is easily the most exciting thing to happen in Peterborough!” Felgate said.
