The groundbreaking app helping young Australians reduce anxiety and depression
A new study has found a groundbreaking app made in Melbourne that tackles “stuck thinking” for young people helps reduce anxiety and depression symptoms for 80 per cent of users.
The app is called “Mello” and it’s made by scientists and researchers at Orygen Digital in Parkville to help the 1.3 million young Australians living with depression and anxiety.
Psychologist and Research Fellow at Orygen Youth Mental Health and one of the brains behind Mello, Dr Imogen Bell, spoke to Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen on how the app works!
