The Greens want the age of ‘criminal responsibility’ raised to 14
A bill to be introduced by The Greens will seek to raise the age of criminal responsibility in Victoria from 10 to 14.
But the shadow attorney general fears it will have unintended consequences that will help enable youth crime.
“We all agree that we need to work harder to get young people on the right path,” he told Tom Elliott.
