The fallout from the Medibank data breach

The Medibank data breach is expected to worsen after Medibank received 1,000 customer records from a hacker this morning.

Tech expert, Geoff Quattromani, claims the 1,000 records obtained by the hacker is just the tip of the iceberg.

“We’re talking around 3.9 million people that could be impacted by this,” Mr Quattromani told Neil Mitchell.

“It’s one to be concerned about if you’re a customer of Medibank or AHM which is a subsidiary of theirs.”
