The clever way paddle boarders got the attention of rescuers yesterday

Two paddleboarders were rescued in waters off Frankston on Tuesday night.

The women were found about a kilometre off shore at about 9pm after a search lasting about 30 minutes.

Col  Strawbridge from Volunteer Marine Rescue Mornington says the pair employed a clever tactic to get the attention of rescuers as the sun went down.
