‘The anger is palpable’: Bruce Eva gets honest about his beloved Saints

Bruce Eva has expanded on the crisis engulfing his beloved Saints.

St Kilda is set for sweeping changes over the off-season after a disappointing year on the field.

Beva told 3AW Football it means there’s no way to definitively say Alan Richardson will still be coach next year.

“I don’t think you can say definitely,” he said.

Beva said there are a lot of stakeholders inside the club who will want to have their say on resolving the issues, but there’s one key party who can’t be ignored.

“I’m 50 years of age now, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more disenchanted, or disgruntled, supporter base,” he said.

“The anger is palpable across a number of levels.”
