Tennis gold medallist John Peers explains his relationship with Microsoft founder Bill Gates

Russell Howcroft’s daughter was at one of John Peers’ matches at the Olympics and noticed someone of significance sitting near her.

It was Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and he was supporting the Australian tennis player on his way to Olympic gold.

“We couldn’t keep it under wraps for too long could we,” Peers said on 3AW Breakfast.
