Teenager stabbed outside a shopping centre in Caroline Springs

The Melton crime investigation unit detectives continue to investigate, following a stabbing in Caroline Springs yesterday afternoon.
It’s understood a group of offenders approached a teenager in a laneway, just off Lake st around 5:15pm. The group were armed, and following the assault fled the scene.

The teenager was taken to hospital with serious injuries, the police are continuing to understand the circumstances of the attack.
