Teen fights for life following Shepparton stabbing

A 19-year-old is fighting for life after a stabbing at Shepparton.

Police were called to Wright Avenue shortly before 2.30pm on Tuesday and found a man with a number of stab wounds.

The 19-year-old Shepparton man has been taken to hospital in a critical condition.

A 44-year-old Shepparton man has been arrested and is currently assisting police.
