Supermarkets ‘obligated’ to pass on milk price rise to farmers
The cost of the cheapest supermarket milk is set to hit $1.30 per litre.
But will Australian farmers see any of the extra money?
It’s a question the major supermarket chains “need to come out and address”, according to the CEO of eastAUSmilk.
“They’ve got an obligation, we feel,” Shaughn Morgan said on 3AW Drive.
