State opposition launches new waste management and energy plan

The Victorian Liberal Party has launched a new environment and energy policy centred around supporting waste to energy plants and improving Victoria’s recycling infrastructure.

Opposition leader Michael O’Brien joined Neil Mitchell on Monday to explain the policy.
