St Kilda champion Nick Riewoldt announces retirement
St Kilda champion Nick Riewoldt is retiring at the end of the season.
The superstar forward confirmed on Monday this year would be his last in the red, white and black.
Riewoldt has played 333 games for the Saints, booting 714 goals.
He’s won the club’s best and fairest a record six times.
The announcement has seen widespread adulation of his career, enough to make his former coach Ross Lyon tweet for just the fourth time in nearly five years!
Great player even better person #ThanksRooey
