Speeding car seen driving on footpath narrowly avoiding pedestrians

There were worrying scenes in Mitcham on Wednesday afternoon, with a white Audi seen speeding on the footpath and narrowly avoiding pedestrians.

Caller Michelle’s daughter sent 3AW Drive the scary vision, which depicting the horrifying scene as locals looked on.

“I reckon if they didn’t jump out of the way they would’ve been hit by the car,” Michelle said on 3AW.
