A South Korean student has eaten a banana which was part of an iconic work by artist Maurizio Cattelan because he was hungry.

The art student removed the banana from a wall at the Leeum Museum of Art in Seoul.

Art historian at the University of Melbourne, Professor Christopher Marshall, says it’s “kind of a terrific response”.
