Smartphone obsession reaching new heights

A disturbing survey has revealed exactly how obsessed we are with our phones.

Apparently, 40% of us use a smartphone while on the toilet, while 3% of women have used one during childbirth.

Bessie Hassan from Finder.com.au told Tom Elliott we’ve become ‘intimate’ with our phones.

‘We’re living in a 24/7 culture where we just can’t seem to wait until the next morning,’ Ms Hassan said.

Ms Hassan said 5% of Australians have admitted to using their phone during sex.
