Small group of pro-Palestine activists protest outside Myer Christmas windows
The official unveiling of the famous Bourke Street Mall Myer Christmas windows didn’t go ahead due to a planned pro-Palestinian protest to ruin the event.
During the week, the organiser of the pro-Palestine protest said the protest wasn’t going ahead due to Myer’s decision to cancel the event.
However, on Sunday morning a small group of pro-Palestine activists stood outside of the Myer windows and aimed to cause a disruption.
3AW and Nine News Reporter Kiara Parker joined 3AW Sunday Morning to detail the events of the protest.
