Simon Lethlean opens up on today’s Ross Lyon appointment

St Kilda CEO, Simon Lethlean, has spoken on today’s appointment of Ross Lyon as senior coach of the Saints for the next four seasons.

The news means Lyon returns to the club he coached between 2007 to 2011, taking the club to three grand finals.

The CEO spoke just now on Sportsday, confident Lyon can take the Saints back up the ladder.

“We think he can really harness our playing list now and going forward, he can set the vision we need and really have uncompromising standards to get the best out of our people,” Lethlean said.
