Principals and teachers in Victoria continue to be left in the dark about alleged youth offenders who are in their classrooms while free on bail.

On 3AW Afternoons, Shane McInnes slammed the Department of Education, saying its a “failure” by them and the government.

“Any student who is on bail, especially when charged with a violent crime must be identified to the school,” McInnes said.
