Second Melbourne teenager dies in Thailand hospital after poisoning tragedy

Nineteen-year-old Holly Bowles has sadly died in a Thailand hospital after suspected methanol poisoning while holidaying in Laos, her father has confirmed.

It comes a day after Ms Bowles’ friend Bianca Jones also died from the suspected mass drink spiking incident.

“This is so sad, it’s hard not to get emotional when talking about it,” Nine News reporter Gillian Lantouris said on 3AW Nights.
