Search for trio who impersonated police and ransacked a Myrtleford home
Police are calling for public assistance after a terrifying aggravated burglary in Myrtleford.
Three masked offenders forced their way into a property on Clancy Lane at about 6am on December 11.
They were carrying false police badges and convinced two residents — aged in their 70s and 90s — that they were there to conduct a search.
The trio ransacked the property, stealing cash and credit cards.

During the incident they made comments which suggested they had knowledge about the victims, so investigators believe they have connections to the area.
Investigators have released two digital images of people they would like to speak to in relation to the incident.
