Scientists urge whale observers to keep their drones at a distance

Marine scientist at Macquarie University, Dr Vanessa Pirotta, says experts are urging observers – who aren’t whale researchers – to fly their drones higher.
“We want to protect whales in our waters, and they are protected, and we want to keep it that way,” she told Ross and Russ.
