Schoolchildren treated after bus crash on the Hume Freeway
Emergency crews are at the scene of a collision between a school bus with 47 children and a semi trailer.
The crash happened on the Hume Freeway, about 10 kilometres outside of Euroa at around 8.30am this morning.
Euroa Secondary College Scott Watson principal said the students were thankfully only treated for minor injuries.
‘Forty-seven of our kids were on the bus, 17 were checked over by ambulance officers,’ he said.
One of the drivers, a man in his 50s, has suffered head injuries.
Eleven students were taken to hospital as a precaution.
