UPDATE: AFL locks in start time for 2021 Grand Final

Sam McClure was on the money.

The AFL grand final will start at 5.15pm (Perth time) on Saturday, September 25.

It means while the ball will be bounced in sunlight in WA, the biggest game of the season will again be played at night in Victoria.

The match will start at 7.15pm for those in the eastern states.
