There are two key factors why Jobe Watson still hasn’t made a decision on his playing future, says Sam McClure.

The banned Essendon captain is expected to make a call soon.

Scoop said his compensation claim surrounding the 2012 supplements saga and uncertainty surrounding the Brownlow medal he won that same season were the major reasons behind the delay.

‘This is why it’s such a hard decision,’ he said on Sports Today.

‘The jungle drums in the last 24 hours have been that he’s likely to retire – the truth is nobody actually knows.’
