Sam McClure reveals key Essendon players who have been denied contract extensions

Sam McClure revealed on Wide World of Sports that two key players who are contracted at the Bombers have met with coach Brad Scott and list manager Matt Rosa seeking contract extensions.

However, the club and Brad Scott has stayed firm and will not be extending the contracts of both players further then 2025.

McClure said on Wide World of Sports that Essendon has said to the players “if you would like longer deals than you currently have, you’re welcome to look elsewhere.”
