Sam McClure reacts to Melbourne president Kate Roffey stepping down

Melbourne president Kate Roffey has stepped down from her position this afternoon after the Christian Petracca saga at the club, with club great Brad Green named as her replacement.

Sam McClure was very critical of Roffey’s interview recently, where she stated she hadn’t spoken directly to Petracca since his injury during the King’s Birthday clash, and he’s given his thoughts on the news.

“It’s the right decision from Kate and it’s the right decision from the Melbourne Football Club,” McClure said.
