Sam McClure and Matthew Richardson have gone head-to-head on when the AFL Grand Final should start.

Richardson first argued why the big game should continue at the traditional 2:30pm time slot, while McClure argued why the game should be pushed to a later time slot at 4:40pm or 7:20pm.

“It’s not just up to the fans, it’s up to the game to grow,” McClure said.
