Saints coaching staff ‘all on notice’

Alan Richardson knows how precarious a coaching position can be.
The Saints coach is under enormous pressure after another poor performance, this time against Sydney.
Asked by Tim Lane if he’s confident he’ll see out his contract, Richardson said the entire coaching team is “on notice”.
“I’ve been in footy long enough to know if we can turn this around, show promise, and play much more consistent footy, then it’ll be fine,” he said.
“If that doesn’t happen, then I reckon we’re all on notice.”

Richardson gave the Swans all credit for the performance.
“They were too physical, too aggressive,” he said.
“It was fundamentally over at quarter time.”
