RUMOUR FILE: An umpire was allegedly hit during a nasty teenage footy brawl at the weekend.

The fight, which broke out at half-time of the under-19s Western Region Football League clash between Newport and Albion, saw both players and supporters involved.

Investigations continue into the ugly incident, with the tribunal set to asses the incident tonight.
