Rumour File: Council plants tree in front of garage

Most of us want a nice leafy street, but at what cost?

For example, what if the nature strip tree partially blocked your garage door?

That’s the example that was raised on The Rumour File this morning, with the above photos displaying showing where the Maribyrnong council recently planted a tree.

The tree is on the nature strip, but doesn’t account for the extended garage opening.

We’re told it’s raised eyebrows in the street, and some questions have been asked.
