Rumour confirmed: Boronia brawl sees multiple men hospitalised

Police are investigating after a reports of a brawl last night saw multiple men, aged in their 20s, taken to hospital.

The Rumour File heard two young men were attacked in their south-east suburban garden last night, with one man receiving stab wounds to the head.

Victoria Police later confirmed they were called to reports of a brawl between a number of men on Springfield Road shortly before 8pm last night.

Two men, aged 25 and 22, were taken to the Alfred and Maroonah Hospitals respectively, both with non-life threatening injuries to their upper bodies.

A 24-year-old man was found nearby with lacerations and also taken to hospital for treatment.

Police are investigating whether parties are known to each other.
