Rowville man pays Centrelink debt with two cent coin

A Rowville man was sent a questionable Centrelink bill telling him he owes two cents.

He sent a reply in the mail with a two cent coin tape to the letter. 

Steve’s wife sent in the letter to 3AW Mornings.
