Ross Stevenson’s horse won the Brisbane Cup!
Ross Stevenson had a VERY special weekend.
A horse he owns won the Brisbane Cup!
“It was a real thrill,” the 3AW Breakfast co-host said on Monday.
The horse is called Irish Sequel and is trained by Chris Waller.
Sly of the Underworld and a few current and former Hawthorn players are also among the owners!
Ross admits there was a fair bit of excitement at home when the horse crossed the line.
And it’s got him dreaming big about the upcoming spring in Melbourne!
