Ross Stevenson says it would be ‘a joke’ if Djokovic received a vaccine exemption
There are reports this morning that Novak Djokovic has grounds to apply for a vaccination exemption and could play in the Australian Open.
It’s got Ross Stevenson’s blood boiling.
“This is a man who established his anti-vaccination status 12 months ago,” the 3AW Breakfast co-host said.
“The only reason there is an Australian Open is that 92 per cent of Victorians are vaccinated!
“It would be a joke if they let him come in on some medical exemption when 92 per cent of Victorians have got vaccinated, which is why you can have the Open at all.
“I would like to speak to Craig Tiley and say ‘Surely you’re not going to be pushed over by this bloke’.”
